very convenient location, just a few minutes walk to BTS station. within 10 mins walk to a shopping mall. Juat a bit difficult to find the hotel entrance as its 20 to 30m inside a lane. the condition of the hotel is not really well maintained, but it's fine for me for a couple of nights' stay. the family suite is good it for family with kids. we have 3 adults 3 kids, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms twin bed is good enough.

The family room was OK. What was disappointing was there was NO internet for us to watch movies or programs on TV. Channels were not clear due to poor signals. Wi-fi was intermittent throughout our 6-day stay. Water pressure for the shower was poor and as a result, there was less hot water. The service provided by housekeeping, front deskk

Large pool. Large gym. Massage. Good breakfast. Nice lobby. Large family room. Ok shower and bathtub. Air con not work properly.

suggest to addition more kinds foods in the buffet breakfast.. no so much food to choose....no suitable for kids..only get point 3/10

There are too many hotels in BKK and I've selected this hotel because:- - Very close to BTS station (~5 minutes walk), 1 BTS station away from railway link to airport - Excellent reviews - Relatively cheap but you got to stay in a proper 4* hotel My experience: - Checked in at 10pm, staff are helpful and efficient. Easy Check-in. - Stayed in one of the family suite on the 9th floor. Big room with nice views. - We had 3 guests. Staff only took 10 minutes to bring the rollaway bed and consumables up here and set everything up. - Environment: Clean and tidy except there is a smell of renovation. Better when we turn on the air-con. - Open kitchen with common tools and a microwave. - BED: comfortable with 2 pillows, rollaway bed is also ok. - Washroom: big with a shower room, a tub and a toilet seat. - Nearby area: 7-11 next to the hotel. Some street food too. There is a bar south of the hotel. Overall: 8/10. Got everything you needed for this price.

The room was good and spacious for us as a family. We stayed for 6 nights and they had problems with the key cards system so we couldn’t open the door with our keycards so we had to call the reception every time we wanted to enter our room, it got quite annoying for 6 nights in row. The elevator also broke during our stay so it was really difficult to get in and out. Positive: The staff was nice and helpful and the location was good. I’ll give it 3/5 stars since there were some problems too. The toilet also smelled every time you flushed it.
