Staff was friendly and helpful, room was comfortable, if a bit small. NO pool at 41c temperature was very disappointing, the picture you advertised seemed like a pool area, but it turned out to be a 25cm water feature. Speaking to other guests with children they were also surprised no pool.

We stayed at the premium deluxe family residence room and our kids absolutely loved the kids room! The bunk bed was solid, with firm mattress and even the adults loved it. Room was spacious, clean, and bright. Breakfast spread was quite good and we enjoyed their porridge and pancakes. Staff was always smiling and very kind with kids, thank you so much for being so welcoming, we enjoyed our stay there. It was a slight pity that the property did not have a swimming pool and coin laundry room. We took our laundry to a nearby shop B.M Laundry, although it is situated in a very tiny alley and might look run-down, the shop owner is a very friendly lady who will return you fresh and clean clothes.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly. The location is not suitable for the elderly or children. It is tiring to walk for a while to shop.

The view of the property is nice, with a nice family room. however there is a strong smell and sticky floor. the toilet smell quite bad. they dont have proper hotel lobby, have to drive up to 6th floor for parking and 9th floor for the hotel lobby. hotel staff are very friendly. but the hotel is quite dark inside.

Hotel very clean and the staffs were friendly enough to assist. Overall was thumb up accept the entrance of the hotel. You need to enter from a small road which quite difficult to locate in the first place. They do not have grand lobby to welcome you because the hotel is inside a small mall with nothing much. Breakfast almost the same everyday without any surprise. Family room was awesome to fit 2 adults and 3 kids. If I bring kids with me again will definitely choose this hotel again.
