Not suitable for families, couples or a group of friends due to location. It is located very far from any BTS station. The nearest BTS is 10 mins away and its about 8-9 stops to the central areas such as siam and chitlom. The rooms look great and new as it is a very new property, but its a pity that its deep in this narrow one-way street. The staff are friendly and helpful who would always recommend to take a taxi on your own but its very difficult to get a grab or a taxi due to the location. For our room, the aircon made this rebooting rattling sound at intervals, which kept us up the whole night. We could not get help as the front desk hours are only till 8pm. There is a guard who guards the residence next door but the main door is not locked, nor does it have restricted access so it felt really unsafe.
