The design of the hotel is superb for kids who can drive as much as they like. The staff is helpful and nice. The food is scrumptious. We enjoyed a lot!

Property is linked to a mall with huge supermarket. Plenty of activities for children. Only feedback was bed is too soft. Sleep was uncomfortable

Very good kids hotel and basically we can spend the whole day there without going out. My kid loves the bouncy castle and the cars.
For adults, can go to the spa or chill out in the swimming pool.
The room is good size and clean and comfortable.
The staff are efficient but as a kids hotel, I think they are lacking a bit of passion for kids.
Expensive but they deliver the value. Overall a good hotel to go to if u are travelling with a kid.

It was a paradise for kids. Can spend all day long in the hotel without going out. Kids enjoyed their driving experience all around the 8 and 9th Floor. They all parked their cars outside the hotel rooms. The rooms were clean and we all love all the amenities (eg. the Dyson hairdryers) and the sleeping tent inside each room. The playrooms were clean and had so much to do there including watching various Disney movies. As the hotel guests, they could go to the cinema next to the hotels to enjoy the latest movies for free. The free Sony driving video games near the Lobby were also much fun for the whole family. Will definitely come back again!

My 4 yr boy loved riding the electric car around the hotel corridor. Lots of different activity for the kids to do. Hotel room is big, neat and tidy.

The staff was very nice and professional. The food was great, the kids’ facilities were nice and clean, with sanitizers everywhere.
There’s also the playroom on the kids floor with a free-flow of snacks and all sorts of drinks.
Pool and spa very clean and comfortable as well.
