With very relaxing and cozy vibe, you could enjoy both hotel facilities and room space. I’ll definitely consider next family trip to stay here again, and I will invite older family members to enjoy their service and well considered facilities.

Great hot spring resort for kids and elderly. We’ve been going for 8+years now and the kids have always enjoyed the semi-outdoor hot spring area, as well as, the kids playroom (air hockey, video games, ping pong, etc). The facilities haven’t changed much in all these years but they’re well maintained and clean. Meal times can feel hectic and rushed due to the sheer number of people w/two time slots available to choose from. The selection is good. Rooms are large and spacious. We did find a pair of used contact lens in the drawers of the bedside night stand, but this is the first time in all our years there that something like this happened. We’ll still go back during non-peak seasons (peak season meal times can be a bit overwhelming).

The service was impeccable. The resort is fabulous. They have shuttle service you can reserve to take you to a few places within radius. Family friendly. Well organized. The hotel guests that stay there are lots of family and well mannered. Very relaxing. Allowed you to use their facility on check in day and check out day before room is ready and after checked out of the room. Will stay again.
