Art Spa Hotel

Free parking with ample of parking lots just opposite to the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and tidy. My kids love the free access to hot spring and have lots of fun there. Shopping street, massage salon and restaurants are within walking distance. The one thing to improve is the Wifi speed in the room.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Best for family with kid. Amazing pool facility but at the kid pool is a bit dirty Great location and easy to walk around.

Was a amazing experience. Was amazing for kids and adults. Location was good with many eateries around. Hotel’s hot spring was just awesome.

Arriving at the check in counter we were ignored. Nobody said hello. Nobody even smiled. Although there were 3(!) receptionists standing at the counter. I literally had to beg for their attention! Hotel room had a filthy, stained carpet and a moldy smell. Thank god, the sheets were clean and white! Travelling with my 3 kids (aged 5, 8 and 10), I booked this hotel because of the water slides. But the slides could only be used at certain times... e.g. 11-12, 3-4, ... overall three times a day for one hour.... locker room and the showers of the swimming area: yuck! Over all a very disappointing experience since the pictures on the website looked so promising. This hotel really needs a remodelling! But even more important a major staff training!!! NEVER AGAIN!
