Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport

The showerroom only have half glass without a door, which caused water spilled out to the wash room. The hotel stated 2 people room but can sleep 3, however there is no facility for a 3rd person to sleep unless it's a dawrf or a little kid that can sleep in a short couch. Other than that, service and location are all pretty good

Good for the hotel to offer complimentary shuttle bus services to and from the airport. The swimming pool and children’s play area are very much appreciated.

Staff was so accommodating and had helped my family around the ins and outs of Taipei. The room was immaculate and the little touches like the Panda bear in our room made the kids feel special.

Great accommodation. Clean and spacious. But limited eating choices, as there are no other eatery place nearby nor convenience store. We ended up having buffet in level one as the only other restaurant at level two was fully booked. The buffet restaurant had average food with not-so-fresh sashimi. The play facilities for kids are quite a nice touch.

Very convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. They also had a crib for our toddler.

It’s amazing. Excellent front desk service, clean room, convenient access to airport and subway. I would refer the Novotel to our family members and friends. I am planning to book when I come back.

We intended to spend a month with my Wife’s family in Kaohsiung, and this hotel provided us with an opportunity to walk out of the airport and into comfort. The staff, and abundant on-site facilities, allowed for us to get over our jet lag in the capable service of this hotel. We were offered a crib for our son, and had fast/friendly response to anything we asked for. When we wanted to travel off the premises we had a 24h shuttle to the airport (every hour from 10am to 8pm and every half hour in the evening and early morning,) and the hotel sits directly on top of an entrance to the Subway. While we only used the subway to get us to the high-speed rail terminal, it would have been invaluable for seeing all of Taipei.

Great for family with kids for international trip

Was great to have indoor heated pool but kids area wasn't available and kids corner wasn't available if you're not eating buffet

This hotel is absolutely perfect for travellers to and from (TPE) Taoyuan airport. It’s literally steps away from the MRT. Coming from someone who lives in Taichung, it was much easier to get this hotel room the night before I had to take an early flight the next day. There is a shuttle to the airport and it’s only 10 minutes away from the terminal. And the room were very nice, clean, modern, and had a great view of the airport for the kids to watch the planes land and takeoff. Great place would stay again every time I come back to Taiwan!!
