The family room size is good. The hotel also provided with all the necessary facilities. Staffs were friendly too.

We stayed in this lovely hotel on three occasions during our recent trip to Taiwan. We used it as our base hotel. In total, we were there for ten nights. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped. All three rooms we stayed in had been updated. The hotel has a nice eating area on the first floor with plenty of snacks and beverages, there for the taking 24/7. The automated coffee machine can brew a wide variety of delicious coffee drinks with the push of a button. Just help yourself. They also have a free washing machine and dryer for your laundry needs, detergent provided.
The hotel is a short walk from the Taipei Main Station and within walking distance of vibrant communities. To be honest, we did not use the metro much. Uber is so affordable in Taiwan, with a driver usually available in 1-3 minutes.
The best reason to stay here is the amazing staff! They are kind, eager to help, and quick to offer tourists detailed info on what to see and how to get there. We felt treated like family! Three of the four desk staff we encountered spoke English. The fourth was just as helpful with the assistance of Google Translate.
We would stay here again. No regrets!

Pros: Location was good, not too far from Taipei Main station and other areas of interest and it was great having family mart right next to the hotel. The staff was super helpful and there’s a nice variety of snacks offered in the lobby.
Cons: It could’ve just been the room I was in, but the overhead shower didn’t work properly and I just ended up using the handheld shower head. Also because there’s only glass separating the shower and the room, it ends up getting a musty smell and it’s a little hard to breathe. I would also book a room with a window if possible.

Likes: spacious room, clean room and common facilities, common pantry area with free water, drinks and snacks, family mart and watsons next to hotel, free self-service laundry service
Dislikes: no sound proofing (we could even hear snoring, toilet flushing, alarm from next room), only 1 lift which was spoilt once and we had to climb up 6 flrs), 5-7mins walk to subway

The services by the front desk staffs and the variety of the snacks provided were excellent. The location of the hotel is convenient and there’s many eateries places around the area. When you take Taoyuan Airport Express train to Taipei Main station, look for exit 3, turn left and walk straight along Chonging road for about 10 minutes, and the hotel is just across the street ( next to a family mart).

My family of four recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Coming from the USA, it was important to us that there was hotel staff that could speak English since we didn’t speak the language. The staff was always very gracious and welcomed us everytime we walked in and out of the property. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Taipei main station, and less if you are taking the bus or the MRT at NTU Hospital. There is a Family Mart, a couple of 7-Eleven’s, and Watsons all really close to the hotel. Although the hotel is not very big (one elevator and small lounge downstairs), it is big on amenities, which made all the difference for us on our trip. They offer complementary self-service laundry (soap included!), and had bottled water, fountain, drinks, and snacks in the lounge for guests to take as needed. I can’t explain enough how grateful we were for the laundry and bottled water as we went in the middle of summer, which is dreadfully hot and humid. We stayed in a few different NICE hotels as we traveled throughout Taiwan, but this one is at the top of our list for the balance of convenience and amenities. I should also note that our room was much larger than most other hotels offering two queen beds. Every inch of that space was needed too because I have two teenagers and we had eight large pieces of luggage taking up space. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you are looking to be close to Taipei main station.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and was amazed by the quality of service and amenities provided. The concierge staff namely Elsa and 2 gentlemen went above and beyond to help make our trip memorable.
This hotel is located within 10 mins walking distance to XiMenDing which makes shopping and food convenient. The beds are comfortable and they have free laundry service which is an added convenience.
Highly recommended and will come back to this hotel next time.

Wanted a hotel close to Taipei Main Station since it’ll only be a couple of nights before we head home. Saw the great reviews and booked a quadruple room with 2 queen beds in this hotel for our family of 3. This is a simple budget hotel, but decent with about 10 minutes walk to Taipei Main Station.
Pros:
- Very convenient with many food and shops close by.
- Free laundry facility with washer and dryer
- Free snacks and drinks in the cafe
- Friendly front desk staff who can speak English
- Clean room with free toiletries
Cons:
- Condition of hotel and room is showing signs of aging (The photos look better than it actually is.)
- Internet in our room was spotty at times and we lost internet connection a couple of times.
- Lack of storage space. There is only a space with a few hangers to hang your clothest
- In our room (not sure if it’s the same in other rooms), there was a metal standing structure (for fire escape I believe) right in between the front of the window and the side of one of the beds. I can see this as a hazard because when the drapes are closed, you can forget that the structure is there and run into it, especially if you are sleeping on that side of the bed and trying to get up. I’ve also hit my hand against the structure a couple of times when I opened the drapes.
Overall, this would be a 3.5 budget hotel for me. Okay for staying a couple of nights, but I would choose another hotel if I were to stay longer.
