Hotel Royal - Nikko Taipei

The hotel is excellent but the staff put it in an altogether higher category. They were a perfect combination of competent and professional and engaging. They treated us like the best of family. This applied to everyone at the restaurant, check in and bellhops. We are leaving Taipei with the warmest of sentiments.

I have stayed at Royal Nikko Taipei for 1day after the quarantine hotel on the center of Taipei. The room number where I stsyed was 1217. 1. Location The hotel is located in Daan district. Its location is not attractive to the business purposes. However, I believe that this hotel is a good choice for businessmen in that the Airport Limousine Bus stop is very closed to the hotel. The bus number is 1961, East Bus. This is the reason why I choose this hotel for the last day to stay in Taipei. 2. Room conditions The room has equipped with the perfect facility and furniture. Not to mention of air purification, the hotel has all toolkits for the travelers. 3. Attraction There is another reason I choose the hotel. This hotel is closed to the street of 林森北路 which is a main background of the Netflix drama called "華燈初上", or "Light The Night". I am a big fan of this Taiwanese Drama. I have enjoyed drinking and eating Japanese cuisine on that street. Also, there is shoes and accessory shop for gentlemen, called "Oak Room", the shop shows the umbrellas and shoes for men. If you are familiar with the movie, "Kingsman", you will love to see it. 4. Conclusion Even though I chose this hotel fir my business, this hotel is a great choice for travelers for couples, friends, and family as well. There are many boutique shops, foods, and cafes and you can feel the dynamic history of Taiwan.
