The hotel is located in the heart of Taipei city, surrounded by restaurants and banks. Our home was very clean, and the mattress was the best as it was very firm and comfortable! It is rare to find a room with four single beds and each family member can sleep in his/her own bed without feeling squeezed. The bathroom is spacious and the floor and carpet is very clean. Most importantly, the staff members were friendly, helpful and courteous. Oscar was patient to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our room included a bathtub and a shower. We loved the bathtub, the shower stall not so much as the shower head leaked quite a bit of water so the water pressure wasn’t the best. We didn’t eat at the restaurant as the area around was very convenient and easy to get food. We even got food delivered to the lobby several times for the convenience! The one thing I didn’t love was that we booked for 2 adults, 1 child, yet they only provided 2 sets of everything.

The location is good, surrounding by cafes and convinience stores. I travelled with by 1year old baby and he enjoyed the room.
