wonderful stay with family, staff are friendly and attentive. we have a high floor room in this time, good breakfast and lobby bar cocktails really good

The best hotel in the best location . Everything is near by ! Not only tons of places for shopping and eating , MRT is also just a step away . Our whole family have a great time here !

I believe there's an opportunity for further training for the junior staff to ensure the continuation of the establishment's commendable 5-star standards. Specifically, I noticed the dining area on the 31st floor could benefit from enhanced cleaning and more meticulous management, especially during breakfast hours. I'm confident that with a little attention to these details, the establishment can sustain its excellent reputation.
