Very nice place to stay for vacation with kids

The Family rooms were clean and spacious. Ideal for a family of 3 to 4. We had a great view of the city, breakfast spread was decent though, not much changes in the daily menu and amenities are clean. Overall good experience. Just expected the staff to do a brief of the basic stuff - wifi, water, breakfast locations, etc. - which they didn’t. We had to ask ourselves or either find out on our own.

Good for family with young children.

We had a lovely stay, room was very clean, good kids area, staff were great and helpful in general, particularly with providing a cot for our baby. Main downside was that the hotel advertises gym facilities, unfortunately there are no weights/weight machines, only treadmills/stationary bikes. However, these are also clean and in good working order.

Right above the railway station. Waiting time is longer than metro as they have designated arrival time. Usually waiting time of about 10 to 20 minutes. Staff wasnt sure about where we could purchase baby stroller (even though he searched) and directed us to carrefour which didnt sell at all. Wasted time and money. Housekeeping is good. Bed is too soft Generally pleasant staffs around who brings smiles

Great stay, near family mart, 7-11, train and bus station. Beautiful view, very accommodating staff. Wish the gym had weight machines or free weights. Overall would recommend the stay.

Good location, clean and nice to have a swimming pool and kids space. The receptionist we talked to was a bit disappointing. On our arrival we asked where to eat dinner around the hotel but she said “I don’t know” …

Location was good, convenient. Hotel room was dated (carpet didn’t seem clean, furniture was stained, bathroom was stained) and room size and amenities were all tight, despite being labeled as a 5 star hotel and a “family suite”.

It was the worst 4-star hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. 1. Horrendous sound-proofing: I booked a junior suite, and it was right beside the lift. I could hear people talking and the mechanism of the lift all day long! 2. Bad customer service: no one assisted with baggage when checking in. When I ordered delivery, deliver man were not allowed to send the food up. Hotel refuses to handle the food. The food is left on a designated but totally unattended table, but when went to receive, no one bothers verify my identity, which means anyone could have receive it. 3. Very unstable wifi: called them to ask about the wifi but no one bothers to assist or help solve my uploading problems. 4. Rowdy environment: there’s a lot of homeless people at the mrt near it. 5. Bad for business stay: there’s no business Center, I asked if they could help me print documents, they gladly agree, and when collecting, I was slapped with 300twd of printing fees as they only provide 5 pages of complementary printing and I needed to print 39 pages of documents. They did not let me know about it prior to printing. Advise people not to stay in this hotel.

Cersar Metro Taipei is a fun and family friendly hotel. It was busy when we stayed but it was well organized and stress-free check in. The out-door swimming pool was great. The hotel is a waking distance from the subway. It is close to many tourist spots. There are two night markets nearby. Overall, it is an excellent hotel in Taipei.
