We booked a family room, there as no provision space or rack or drawer or sufficient hangers for us to place our clothing. Hence we request for 3 chairs to place the 3 luggages, the reception response was please collect the 3 chairs at level 3 on our own. In the bathroom, there was no cloth hooks, we have to place them on the edge of bath tub or on the top of toilet seat. Reckon the hotel operator need to check in and stay in the room for a few days to get the feel on areas of improvement and cost cost saving
