We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. We reserved three separate rooms to accommodate our big family. Staff are friendly and very helpful. My mother had trouble standing for a long time while waiting for ride and they were kind enough to bring her a chair to sit at the lobby. They give us a separate room for takeout dinner when we ate in. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Provided collapsible crib for our child on short notice and set it up themselves. Love this place! Been here twice in the past 11 months and will stay here again next visit to Taipei.

Nice room with decent internet. Our kid enjoyed the bubblebath a lot. Very nice area with a city park with a good playground for kids. Very accomodating staff to solve my problems. The only negative thing I have to say is that there was no privacy between the bathroom and bedroom. Everything which happens in the bathroom becomes apparent in the bedroom.

Hotel provided us with a pack n play and baby bathtub. A plate of snack is provided every day.
