A bit of travel distance from Tainan HSR station but is closer to Anping old street tourist spot. We took Standard Room, 2 Queen Beds, nice for 2 adults & 2 childrens. Room is clean with balcony & a nice river view. Buffet breakfast was great too :)

My wife, her family, and I have stayed at Crowne Plaza Tainan many many times over the years. We looked forward to returning after so many years away (due to the pandemic). The hotel is comfortable, easy access to the wonderful bike path, love the loaner bikes, and the whole area is both beautiful and quiet. Our only disappointment was with the food which did not match its past excellence. I expect this will improve by the time we return.

Overall is good. Good food and quiet. Environment is good. Service staff is kindly but service pace is a little slow. Service flow is not precise. Hardware is excellent. Software is not smoothly. However, it is still good for family travel and stay in Tainan.
