El Puerto Hotel

The location is about 10 minutes driving to the main Abe, if you don't have a car, the local taxi cost NTD$300-400 one way. It is next to the shore, great to watch sunset, but not for sand castles. about room, it is spacious, we like the deco, however, the maintenance is not very well, we also found garbage in carbinets when we check in, so we doubt the cleanness of the hotel. Breakfast is made by low quality cheap food. And service is a bit cold. We requested cleaning when we go out for lunch, but it was not done when we return. Then they came around 3pm while our children are taking nap and want to clean anyway since the cleaning service finishes at 15:30. We ask them to do it later, they only did down surface cleaning and changed the towels. The taxi they called for us charges $100 more than regular taxi for a 10 minutes ride without advise in advance. Will not go back again.

We loved the size of the hotel rooms and 2 king size beds for the room type we booked. Location wise, it is right next to the Kenting main road and within walking distance to the most southern point of Taiwan. We enjoyed the stay here and appreciate the staff's welcome. Only improvement area will be breakfast offering is very limited, certainly not enough to accommodate needs of different family members.

very nice hotel with special style, quite and comfortable. people are very friendly. Room is very large. we ordered two double bed for family stay. good for vacation.
