Great staff! Good wifi! Good size room for family of 4. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Includes free water in the room. AC worked perfectly!

Great experience. The room was wonderful, with a great view of the river. Beds were very comfortable for the entire family. The bathroom was spacious and loved the separate shower and tub. A shoutout to the staff as my wife left her pj behind and they will immediately mail it to her. Will be our family go to stay next time we’re in town.

Breakfast is great! Staff is nice but English is not great. Room was tiny and so-so: view over Love river was amazing except for the dirty windows. Furniture has seen better days. Noisy - could hear TV and kidsfrom other rooms Laundromat on property is a plus.

The location is excellent and the rooms are just about the right size. They pay attention to details such as a small tray above toilet paper. The staff at the restaurant are strict about number of people and they check carefully. Since we have two families of 8, we were driving a large van. The van won’t fit in the hotel garage, so finding a parking spot for the night was somewhat challenging.

Customer service is very good. The hotel is so convenient and very clean. They have good breakfast and laundry facilities. I would come back to stay and will share with our friends and family too

This is nice stay with high CP value. Good people and good breakfast. If must say something, the kid playground is small and electronic car is slow too.

This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. We enjoy the location and the beautiful view of Love River. The LRT is just a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of restaurants literally right outside, as well as within walking distance. The playroom is great for the kids, just remember to bring socks. Breakfast was adequate, but enough to feed hungry children before heading out for the day. We will be back next year again.
