Close to Lifts and Trains - great location for Zermatt Would recommend for family trip to Zermatt

I have stayed more than 50 times in the hotel in European countries in this year, but this is the first time to experience such a unfriendly reception. When I arrive at the hotel and talked to the receptionist, she didn't smile at all, and when I confirmed something which she explained because her English was highly pronounced accent and difficult for me to understand, she mocked me and talked to me such as taking with the baby. There was another receptionist but he was unfriendly as well. The facility was modern, and the breakfast was good, but from the points that unfriendly reception, all day closed sauna area, low security luggage area, I don't recommend the people to stay at this hotel.
