Tresa Bay Hotel

We went to the hotel for three nights, a family of four. On the plus sides: - astounding view on the lake, directly from the room - kind people, who were always listening and trying to help when I explained my problems. - nice breakfast - games & books for kids - inhouse restaurant with great view on the lake On the minus side: - I had booked a room with 4 beds, but when we arrived one of the bed was a baby bed... maybe I made an error during the booking ? anyway, not amused. - the room was actually too small for a family of four (by my standards). I even decided to book a second room to put the children in. - most of the hotel gives a feeling of outfashioned. I guess they try hard to refurbish the whole stuff but it is still lacking here and there. - nothing to shut properly daylight, so during summer you are waken up at 5´ by daylight - the window shade was not working properly - the TV controller was lunatic - air conditioning not working - the car parking is actually outside with only a few places, so if you are unlucky you are left with your car to park somewhere.
