Hotel Allegro Einsiedeln

We as a family chose this place because of the reviews, however it was a complete disaster. The room had no AC and it was very hot, we had to little kids in the room. The kids got the bed sheets dirty and when the cleaning crew arrived they created a huge problem even asking us to leave the hotel cause they said " they never saw something so dirty " we recorded everything. The bed sheets were dirty but we found out the real problem, a group of 18 couples had just arrived and they needed 3 extra rooms to acomodate everyone. So they invested an excuse to throw us out. The only good think we had was hotels.comy taking care of us, when we called and explained, they found a new hotel free of charges, and helped us all along. They saw the video and wereceive very unsatisfied with the hotel
