The hotel was so lovely and very beautiful. The front desk is not 24hrs but we called ahead to let them know we were going to be late, they were so helpful with instructions to do our self checkin. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was spectacular as well. The Pub on site was fab as well. We ate dinner with our kids there two nights as we were too tired to search for anything else after our ski days. I would stay here again for sure.

Great Gastro Service, excellent Food and Bar. Unfortunately guest Services not very organized and a little chaotic with different info to different guests. Nevertleless a great place for families, we will go back.
