Overall satisfied but a fridge is lacking in the family room is one draw back. The beds on additional bunk beds are not good quality for sleeping even for kids. Breakfast is good with enough space to accommodate everyone in peak time.

It's an ok stay in general, the family room is much smaller than expected. We booked the family room for 4 people and the room is very small, basically not much space to move or sit around. There's only have 2 chairs so we can't sit together to do things or play games. Have stayed in many hotels with family room with similar price range, this is by far the smallest. There is no coffee/tea in the room which I don't mind but again, for the space & facilities, I dont find it value for money. Also, we got a stained towel which wasn't clean properly. That said, the breakfast is good, the staff are nice and helpful.

This hotel's amenities is very poor. There is no mini bar in the rooms. No save box, no cupboard and no slippers in the rooms. Cleanness of the room was poor and dust was over the edges. The size of the rooms are very small. We had a family room for four people but the size of the room was suitable for two person at the most. The cabin shower leaked water to the bathroom and there was no shampoo or body gel in the bath. The only positive point with this hotel is its breakfast. The hotel was fully booked and there is four lifts to going up and down 21 floor. So you have to wait 3 to 5 minutes for the lifts. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
