Very convenient for families. We received separate bedroom for the adults and beds were placed in the other room for the children for some privacy. The breakfast buffet was amazing!

Totally catastrophic handing out the breakfast reservations totally ruined our experience. We booked a weekend trip with the family to have a good time and enjoy Västerås but were forced to get breakfast at 7 (or skip it off course). We do understand that Corona bears challenges but we should have been informed about this earlier!!!

Good location. Air conditioning struggled: room never got cool which made sleeping difficult. Room was ordinary with little charm. The “family room” had a sleeper sofa to sit on but no arm chair. Lobby was up some stairs and I could not find the connection to the parking; we always had to go outside to reach the car. A grocery store and McDonald’s are steps away. The breakfast was pretty decent.
