Radisson Blu Hotel Uppsala

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting friends. Superb location just next to the train station - great after a long day travelling with kids. Location is super for everything you need to do and see in Uppsala too. We are in the restaurant on the first night after a busy day and it’s a great menu with good kids choices. We travelled as a family of young children (7&4) and the staff were amazing with them. It’s got great touches like a small play area made under the stairs that’s visible from the restaurant - perfect to let them play whilst having another beer. Breakfast was super and a great range - only slight criticism would be that the hot breakfast was a bit uninspiring - but this was made up for by all the other cold options. Room was great, we had 4 beds made up for us and it was a little tight with not a huge amount of storage but we managed fine using our bags. Bathroom was brill and the underfloor heating was a nice touch. We’ve stayed in Radissons a couple of times now and they’ve always been exactly what we need for a family city break.

Had a lovely three night stay at the Radisson Blu Uppsala whilst visiting family. The hotel and rooms were clean and inviting. Tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as large shampoo and conditioner and wash and lotion. Large choice selection for breakfast. The hotel were very accommodating and even made us breakfast bags for our last morning due to the need to leave before the breakfast service opens. Location is great. Just across from the station, and a short distance to the centre and other local amenities. Overall very happy.
