Very nice family hotel.

It is a great place for families and convenient to many places in Sweden via public transportation. Hotel employees are all very kind. Free breakfast is very nice but they never changed up the buffet offerings all week. Dinner restaurant is good but again, would like to at least have a daily special on the menu to change things up for those staying a week or longer.

Disinterested seems to be a recurring theme with the hotel. While most hotels do their best to cash out all they can from you, this hotel didnt really bother. While it was initially great to be uninterrupted by overeager staff the level of not caring became more annoying than annoying tourist traps. Our room was not cleaned in our 4 night stay. On first day we asked just for towels but asked for it to be cleaned in day 2,3 and 4. The ventilation was nonexistent and with two small children and very still air it was annoying. While reception stated you can call 24/7 after 8+ times over 6 hour period I gave up. Finally got through on day 3 and was told to go down and get an extra ventilator in reception when I went down they didn’t have anymore. Tried many hotel breakfasts but never have a buffet been less ambitious and you were served the exact same meal the day after with the exact same food too. So bread was old in most cases and the cheese stuck together as if it was taped together. Tried their restaurant and the spaghetti at the kids buffet w
