Hotel Hornsgatan

This is a great place when you get tired of the franchise four stars that are so boringly predictable and expensive. It is right in the most interesting area of Stockholm, surrounded by foodie heavens to suit most budgets. It’s a conversion of one of the big apartments from the early last century and run by its owners. They make sure you get a helpful welcome and plenty of information on local events. Not all the rooms have en suite but each room is individual and charming in the way of family run continental hotels. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom and room was comfortable and the price was reasonable. Definitely worth a visit.
