Clarion Hotel Stockholm

We had to change the room because there was a terrace bar downstairs and there was a loud music with really strong bass and noice all evening (traveling with kids). Luckily the hotel staff was really understanding and friendly and we had an upgraded room to the other side of the building, there was no noice at all. The breakfast was really nice. I can NOT recommend Aimo Park for parking, because we got parking fine for no reason and had paid for the parking all the time in an app. Of course I made an appeal, it takes several weeks to get a final decision from Aimo Park.

The hotel has a modern feel and the service was very friendly. Unfortunately, our family room on the 4th floor (4032) was not worthy of a four stars hotel. The queen-size bed was worn out and there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, which was right next to the bed. The very dark room also lacked a safe and sufficient storage space. However, the breakfast was sensational.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Clarion Stockholm Hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience for me and my family. The service is truly exceptional. The staff members especially Nikola, were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile. They made us feel welcome and valued as guests, and their willingness to accommodate our late check-in and bringing us food to our room since everything was closed and we were hungry, was greatly appreciated. It's evident that the hotel places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The facilities at are top-notch. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a modern and stylish ambiance. The attention to detail in the decor and design is impressive, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a high-end hotel. And let's not forget the stunning views! In addition to the excellent service and modern facilities, Clarion Stockholm Hotel is conveniently located, allowing easy access to the city's attractions and transportation. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you'll find the hotel's location to be ideal. The beds are super comfortable and the water pressure is amazing. They manage a large clientele very effectively and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. So worth it.

We stayed as a family with kids for 5 nights and enjoyed the great location, friendly staff and very good and comfortable rooms.

Lovely, large hotel with nice sized family rooms. The breakfast was excellent, staff was helpful and kind and there were lots of dining options close by. Very convenient to the subway. Only downsides were no A/C or ability to open windows. There was no air circulation and no fans available, making sleep difficult.

The hotel itself is lovely. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The rooms need updating! No room safe. No lock on bathroom door- so bathroom door kept sliding open ( not good when you are sitting on the toilet)! Mattress very very uncomfortable, as were the pillows, which were either too big with no give or no stuffing at all. The family room was not very big either, certainly not big enough for 3 adults ( which the hotel confirmed in writing it was).

Very convenient location for visiting our son and family. A drop off/pickup bay would be a good idea as it is difficult spot to park.
