Connect Hotel Arlanda

Small hotel close to the airport. Excellent staff - very helpful and ready to answer any questions. I realized before my departure that the hairdryer was broken, unfortunately they did not have a replacement. Rooms are small but my entire family slept well. Breakfast was excellent!

will never ever stay at this place again! Advertised as being air conditioned...lie!!! Room was over 30 degrees, Nicole was unfriendly and snotty when asked to move to a different room, arrogant. Asked for room not in the sun on lower level as this area was somewhat cooler, then the elevator was broken, mom can't walk stairs, room also still brutally hot! More hassels for a room on the main level...brutally hot and had a step inside the door down...mom didn't see it and had a fall onto the bed thankfully! Top bunk bed not made, had to make the bed myself (booked for 4 people in family room). Couldn't leave window open as was a patio door and would have been unsafe, no other window to open and of course no cool air venting into room!!! Completely disgusting!!! Tried to cancel booking after second room disaster, wouldn't let us do that as it was booked through expedia and said not their issue, had to deal with expedia on that...even though what was advertised for their hotel was a complete lie!
