Scandic Bollnäs

We got a room that had a nice view over the lake but the room itself needs a HUGE upgrade. There was paint falling off the walls, holes in the walls, stains in the ceiling, the furniture was really old and almost falling apart, and the shower head was smashed on the side. We asked for a baby crib since we were travelling with our 2 month old baby but the crib we got was a bit broken so we didn’t dare to use it. The beds were really small and constantly glided apart. We complained about the condition of the room in the reception but they did not give any compensation or apology which was bad customer service. The only good thing was that the shower was big and the breakfast really nice. Overall the stay was definitely not worth the money and we will not stay there again.
