The cleanliness of the room service could have been better. They did not change the soiled towels in my 8 days of stay with kids as often as they should have.

My family and I recently enjoyed a one-day stay at the Hotel Mandarina, and it was truly a five-star experience. I have nothing but positive things to say about our time there. The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy for us to get in and out of the city. We were impressed by the delicious breakfast buffet and prompt room service. I would like to give a special shout-out to the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, Shafffe, who provided us with personalized service and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Hotel Mandarina provided us with an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay,
