Only YOU Hotel Valencia

Only You is an absolutely beautiful hotel. It's in a great area, walkable to all the major attractions in the old town, and close to public transport for the airport/City of Arts and Sciences/beach. We were in a junior suite premium and it was wonderful. Very spacious and comfortable and the balcony was lovely to relax on. Breakfast is probably the best hotel buffet I've experienced (maybe outside of Las Vegas). Staff were all friendly and helpful. A special mention to Cesar (who gave great recommendations, including some delicious horchata) and Pietro (he was right, the botanical garden is amazing!). The only downside is the steps up to the main entrance (I didn't see a step-free entrance), and the chromecast on the television was glitchy.

I got a junior suite since we will be staying for the weekend. I wanted to relax and recharge. I was expecting a good service, it was not the case. Paid almost $1200 for 2 nights and my bathroom got flooded. I cant even shower. We called the receptionist they said the bathroom is wet and we cant patch the leak. Then 2nd call from them, they can transfer us to another room with different lower amenities than our room, then 3rd call i got order anything and it will be free. I said, we dont need to order since we have already had dinner. So i asked for a free ride instead going to the train station. Their answer was but you still need to pay for that. In other words, they never actually compensated the 2 days of flooding bathroom. I have stayed in nice hotels, this is not good service for me.

Exceptional service - any request we made, they were so quick to resolve with ease and a smile. Incredible team! Great place for a family trip with the suite set up. Beautiful hotel, and great location.

just a magnificent stay. both the property and staffs are Five stars. Will sure recommend it friends and family

Amazing staff all so friendly and rooms where spacey and had everything you needed for your comfort. We were welcomed into our rooms with a bottle of cava and chocolates. We came for a family wedding and thats was great too. Will be there again :)

the breakfast issue was solved 2nd day. we still need to get credit for our family of 3 in two rooms from Expedia and Only Hotel.
