Hotel Merindad de Olite

Stopped off for one night on route to Southern Spain with our two dogs. It was our first visit to Olite and we will definitely return! Olite is a lovely medieval village with pretty cobbled narrow streets. The hotel is family run with a wine cellar and cosy restaurant/bar serving traditional Spanish food. Every member of the family we met were friendly and helpful, all areas of the hotel spotlessly clean and the room we were allocated had a fabulous view over the mountains. We and our two girls really enjoyed our stay..thank you

The property was fine and the food excellent.However, our room had a very small bathroom and access to the shower was difficult for elderly people like us.Room26 therefore OK for "acrobatic/ youngsters,; staff at the hotel friendly

Warm,friendly and comfortable small family run hotel. If I need to be critical perhaps the room was a little small but we had expected that and it didn’t cause us any problems. The restaurant wasn’t too shabby either and I would recommend you give it a try, I’m sure you wouldn’t be disappointed.
