Hotel Bed4u Pamplona

We were so disappointed with this hotel.  There are many errors in the hotel description on Expedia.  The property overview begins by saying this is a family-friendly hotel connected to a shopping center. That's misleading. The hotel is located in an industrial zone that's a 20 minute unpleasant walk to the local mall. The property amenities page says they have a kids club, game room and playground, none of which were actually present at the hotel. We reserved a standard quadruple room with 4 single beds. The room description says soundproofed rooms and Tempur-Pedic beds, neither of which were true. The walls were so paper thin we could hear everything, and while the  mattresses were comfortable, they were not Tempur-Pedic. The bathroom design was horrible. The shower is open to the room, separated only by blinds. There is a mirror located across from the shower which allows family members to still see you get in and out of the shower. When you have teenagers this can be really uncomfortable. The room was clearly not designed for 4 beds so we had no floor space except for a narrow walkway at the foot of the beds and a little space by the desk that was so small we couldn't even open a suitcase without it being in the way. The positive points were that it was clean, the staff multilingual, the design modern, and the breakfast buffet very good.  But we still feel like it was such a disappointment due to the inaccurate property description, small room and horrible bathroom.

A first for me as I have never stayed in a Hotel were the shower was actually in the room! Very strange and embarrassing as we were sharing with our 2 children who are not used to seeing their middle-aged Mummy and Daddy buck naked. The room was tiny and we felt cramped, the photo's were misleading as we expected our son and daughter to have a bed each but on arrival they had to sleep together on a sofa bed! We won't be using Bed4U again.
