Disaster. Starting with dirty glass in the bar, no cava available accept half bottle from the days before, bad service over all even with the children’s order. The restaurant is like a food dining, no windows and boring tables and chairs and no lovely feeling. The food is terrible. The spa is a disaster, the water is so salty that the children cried as soon they got a drop in the eyes. And they were not even aloud to jump! Why say that children from 4 years are aloud? Don’t children want to play in a pool? They even told us the pool was open all day but when we arrived that was not the case. We checked in and out on the same day. Do not go to this hotel!!!
