Hotel Spa Jardines de Lorca

Hotel was chosen as being a comfortable place to meet up with family who were arriving from a different direction. Unfortunately the food quality and offering were not as good as we had hoped for.

Our experience was very disappointing and incredible. We went the day before our arrival on the Jardines de Lorca to advise the reception our late arrival in the night due to our celebration for our wedding party with family and friends.The told us that reception will welcome at any time but the could not given us in advance the key card. The booking day when arrived with wedding drees they give us the key without telling us nothing...you can imagine the our face when opening the door we saw 2 single bed!!! Imediately going back downstair for asking other room...the just tell us.." the hotel is full and no rooms are available". I think if enought to understand how they consider their gests at this 4 stars hotel.
