ibis Styles La Rioja Arnedo

We had a great stopover at Ibis Styles. We stayed her en route and really enjoyed our stay. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who made the check-in process a pleasure and we were lucky to even be upgraded to a family room with a bunkbed. There is free on street parking around the hotel. Just before arriving here, our car developed a fault and at check-in we were given advice on local mechanics and we took our car there the next morning and had it fixed. The rooms and hotel is decorated in a shoe theme, in line with the local shoe manufacturing industry. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.

positive: rooms clean, bed comfortable, WLAN free, what I did not like - at check-out they surpriced me with a Charge for an extra bed... 15€ per day. My expectation would have beed that they inform before - even it was one of this new way of hiding real Prices of hoteles.com. If you book 2 adults and one kid they Show the Price for a Standard room with double bed (queen). They do not Show the cost for the extra bed ... They already put the extra bed in the room - so they even did not ask if we wanted to sleep with 3 persons in the queen bed (as booked)... Again - less an issue of the Hotel than from hoteles.com Breakfast is quite good, also the Restaurant is recommendable
