Ramada by Wyndham Madrid Tres Cantos

The washroom stinks. I booked for a two queen bed and they have me 2 single beds and a futon for my kids.

Courteous staff, easy check-in. Paid parking but you can street park if you don't want to pay in the weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside the gym was a storage room not a gym. Breakfast was delicious. Close to a nice park with playground for the kids and adults outdoor gym. 30 min drive from Madrid.

A nice, quiet, clean property. More suited for business travelers than families. The area, on a while, is a business area quite a way from city centre. The hotel is clean, safe and the staff is pleasant and accommodating.

The hotel is very clean. The hallways are worn; carpet is dirty and it is also shared space with an office complex. There is really nothing to do in the area. You need a car to get around and the tab from the airport was $50 each way. Just know that this is an industrial district. If you are looking for a place to rest your head for the night this is fine; nothing more. Highlights; the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. The drinks at the bar are reasonably priced and very good. This is important because they stop selling wine at 10 pm in Spain; who knew! The breakfast is also very nice and included in the room charge. The Internet is a plus as well and works extremely well. The bathroom was my favorite part of the room. It is updated and my daughter and I took a nice bath together comfortably and she is 8 years old. The family room is still small; my husband and I and our 8 yr. old daughter and it was a tight squeeze.
