Lovely hotel would only ask better English TV channels and sport access Other than that had a really relaxed family stay, we used to ease (25 min walk) to the Real Madrid stadium. Super hotel

Excellent service, wonderful neighborhood. Will definitely stay here next time I am in Madrid. The staff went out of their way to meet any of the needs of our family of 4. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. The lobby is welcoming and free popcorn and sweets were available each afternoon. When we all got sick over the holidays, the hotel offered to call in a doctor--at no cost (and even referred us to a private clinic when my mother, staying at a nearby VRBO, needed medical assistance.) In addition, they have a relationship with the terrific pharmacy across the street. (7, Lopez de Hoyo) Awesome, knowledgeable, and kind pharmacist, Lda. Diana Vitoria Martin and her staff tended to our family of 4. She was a good listener, well-informed, and addressed our questions with patience and care. She even offered to bring medications to the hotel if we did not feel up to picking them up. All in all, the best pharmacy experience ever. Highly recommend. My one small criticism of the hotel is that although the breakfast is good, the lunch & dinner offerings are subpar and overpriced. But, only a block away, there is a hidden gem--a restaurant called Alright, which offers an Iberian twist to classic BBQ that is fun, delicious, and affordable. Don't miss it. It's always packed with locals for their two evening sittings, so make reservations.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel, there are many things that would need to be upgraded in order to be compared or similar to the many other 5 star hotels that you can find in Madrid. The worst part is the restaurant, specially considering that Madrid offers such good and tasty food, well at the hotel, the food quality and taste is not good, breakfast was just average and the restaurant at night as well as the tapas offered at the bar where terrible, we couldn’t eat it. We got two different bedrooms, as we had to make a different booking to add more nights to our stay, and in both rooms the beds where not confortable, they do offer a pillow menu but they do not offer any luxury pillows, all are synthetic, the bed linens are also not the best quality with rough sheets and a very thin and also synthetic duvet. The towels are old and used and the bath robes are very small ( like kids size). Location is great and staff is nice

We had the two bedroom family room. It was a great room with enough space for our teen-aged kids. Breakfast was included and it was a very good buffet plus option to order additional food (eggs, omelettes, pancakes) included with the free breakfast. All the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
