Unmanaged children, large school groups, pulling fire alarms at night! Transportation is a JOKE, lobby full of police as it is the ONLY place to get a coffee within a 30-45 minute walk! Breakfast was marginal. It is a LIE that metro is close by, it is NOT IN MADRID!!!!

The rooms are so small that you can't move much when you suitcases are there. The room and bathroom are clean . The only thing is the tv channels have 2 english channels. 1 doesn't work and the other one give a static image. Just to stay for 1 night i think it is fine but for more days you should find something with more space for a family of 4

We had an amzing stay. The staff was so great at helping with any questions we had. Helped call cabs. Answered all question we had about things to do with little ones.
