The woman at check in was the most unfriendly person we meet throughout out 10 day stay in Spain The outside looks worse than the inside Our room was clean, very comfortable and perfect for a family for a quick overnight

We stayed there for a night with my family as we had to catch a plane from Madrid the next day. The hotel was amazingly clean the bed was huge and so comfortable, spacious room and very elegant. I loved the little detail in the bathroom amenities that they offer mini toothpaste and toothbrush of one use as well as a shaving kit for one use body cream and shampoo and shower gel very thoughtful. A hotel with great hospitality and ecological policies it’s a 10+ from us. Keep up with the great work.
