Hotel URH Sitges Playa

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Nice clean hotel. Large bedroom. Great access to restaurants bars and directly across from beach. Points for improvement. No drawers in bedroom all open shelves. Hot breakfast in dishes with no kids so therefore Luke warm every day of our stay. Breakfast and bar staff not as friendly as reception staff. Pool area in shade plus conference meetings most days overlooking the pool so if you do lay out as we did on one of only 8 sunlounges you are watched by the 20plus people in the conference room. Not a great experience so never used the pool again after the first day.

We had booked a suite with sea view for 2 nights as we were a family of 4. There was an initial mix-up, and they had a room booked for us, which was changed to two rooms but they shifted us to a suite the next day. It would perhaps be better to call and confirm directly aside from booking in expedia. The suite was amazing and the sea view was gorgeous! The beach was not that huge but the sea was tranquil and not too strong waves which I liked. The beach can get crowded in the daytime but is not too much. Sitges is a very beautiful town with excellent dining options, and quaint streets with amazing cafes and shopping stores. The sea looks amazing as you climb up the streets and get a birds' eye view from the church. We will definitely return to Sitges and this hotel!
