AQUA Hotel Montagut Suites

Friendly staff, enjoyed the stay a lot. But after several days i looked under the pillows in the coach and it was so dirty. Had probably not been checked for a long time. I reporter it and they apologized. It’s a really wonderful place to stay with teenager kids.

The suite we stayed in was a great option for families and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. I was concerned at the lack of hand sanitisers by the lifts and the free for all at the buffet! There were gloves available in the restaurant but no enforcement of wearing them, so most people didn’t bother to put them on. The people were closely packed together over the food- they were of course wearing masks but I still felt this was a bit unsafe and needed managing better as the way in which the food was laid out meant that people were packed together in a confined space. It was a pity because the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and the hotel was nice with quite a large outside pool so the hotel had a lot to commend it. I just feel they need to pay a bit more attention to their Covid measures.

Wonderful hotel. Staff very friendly and can’t do enough. The suites were lovely and immaculate. Overall we had a fantastic time at this hotel. Lots of activity’s for kids and adults and the evening entertainment was very good.

Great spot for a family holiday. The hotel is Dutch orientated but we didn't mind. The food is amazing so go HB.

Excellent hotel with great service by all staff. Perfect family holiday. All inclusive great value.
