My family stayed in two rooms at this hotel and I can honestly say that it does not meet the standards of a four-star property. The walls in the rooms were very dirty, the faux wood flooring made a lot of noise, and we could hear people walking in the room next to us. The rooms had poor lighting, especially in the bathrooms. The pool area was not well-maintained and the on-site amenities were limited. The photos on Expedia were deceptive and did not accurately represent the hotel. The common areas were dusty and there was a broken couch. The front office staff were not very friendly; although the manager, Oscar, was attentive, the ladies I interacted with were not.

Stayed hear for a week recently, it was awesome staff friendly. Location for travel around area, excellent virtually right opposite train station and bus stops. Train in to Barcelona was cheap and quick. Staff at hotel friendly and professional, always quick to serve. Restaurant staff knew our name and room number on day two. Pool and facilities were very clean as was room, with fresh towels and bed made every day! Tea facilities in room kept topped up daily, and if you asked at reception they even had pool towels for use (good saving on luggage weight). Would definitely go back again the most relaxing week we've had for a long time!! Would definitely recommend to family and friends cheers guy's for a lovely break.

Great stay with kids. Hotel is spotless, staff are very welcoming and rooms are a very good size. Would definitely stay again. Great location for commuting into Barcelona as train station Is located across the road

Great hotel, very clean, it’s a bit far out of Barcelona with 2 kids but still a good option, the multi day hola travel cards don’t cover mataro though

Very very clean hotel, lots of little extras in the room (toothbrush, razor, tissues, shoe shine, shower gel) & items were refilled if used. Breakfast was lovely & plenty to choose from. could not fault this hotel al all & would recommend friends / family.

I really liked the location right by the train station and close to town. The view was beautiful. A very quiet hotel with friendly staff. We loved the layout of the room, a well equipped kitchen with the facility to make drinks and meals. Lots of space for a family of 4, with table, chairs, balcony and desk. Beds very comfy.
