Great family holiday for kids excellent customer service and loads to do in the surrounding area

Lovely place. Outdoor Pool could do with a redesign to release more space. No one used the walkway or kids pool. Hampered the lifeguards view. Friendly staff. Food was good and varied. Our Room was very good, lovely bathroom. Short walk to fenals beach and to the bus station.

Nice modern rooms, friendly staff and a nice pool area and a very relaxing spa with a steam room, hot tubs etc. Guests tend to be older with no kids, which makes for quieter surroundings.

This overrated hotel that should be 1 or 2 stars only is badly understaffed. Staff are rude, patronising and inefficient. WIFI is the biggest crap I've ever experienced during my 11 nights at this highly disappointing hole. The lifts did not work during 7 days. So this hotel is not advised for the elderly. Included breakfast was of a very poor quality in a restaurant full of safety risks due to the lack of adequate logistics to cater 500 people within a very hot environment as the entire airconidioning in the hotel does not work properly. Aircon in the room is okay. Rooms are okay. Toiletries are a complete disgrace, starting with the industrial shampoo offered. Lots of hidden costs: one has to pay for the use of a safe box which is essential, taxes and other duty taxes not displayed. Issues with my reservation and very rude receptionist unable to help. The manager of the bar, a guy with white hair is an abusive and rude person. He came to ask me to leave the pool as I was consuming a bottle of water not purchased at his bar. The entertainment offered by this bar is a joke. Really for kids only. The hotel is greatly located and there are many great restaurants around and good shopping. The gym is a very outdated place with ancient equipment and it is a sauna due to the poor airconidioning. The pool gets "reserved" at 7 am with people that put their towels in the sun beds without even coming to the pool until 10 or 11 and this happens because they don't have enough staff to t

In the description Expedia mention minibar in each room, which is not accurate, you have to pay 3 euros a day if you want to have minibar. The staff was super nice, except for a lady in the reception. The food option in the chiringuito where limited expectially for kid options. Breakfast and dinner where super good.
