Nice hotel. Our room was lovely. We had a partial sea view room. The view was spectacular. We were on the quiet side looking at the neighbours rather than the pool. The balcony was large. It was a pleasure to sit and relax outside. The pool is large. Busy. Bring a towel or rent one for 4 Euros. Pool side entertainment was sad. The employees did not look like they enjoy their jobs. Buffet breakfast was vast. Many options. Our room could have been cleaner. Especially the bathroom. The vibe is family vacation.

Great hotel close to the centre of everything in L'Escala. It has good facilities and a well kept pool. Good for families and also couples this is the second time we have stayed here and it offers a great value for money stay in L'escala with views across the bay of Roses. Easy walk along the front in to town over to Empiunes and around the bay. The Breakfast is a good sixed Spanish buffet breakfast better than many in more expensive hotels.

Nice family friendly hotel with big and nice pool and outside area. Balconies are nice and offer view of the sea!

When we got to the hotel the room we were given did not have a working air conditioner and I was given another room which also did not have air conditioning. Me and my family were up all night sweating and it was not until the middle of the next day that we were able to get a room that was tolerable. The room was very expensive and I asked for compensation and was told that because I booked it through Expedia that a refund could not be given for the night - completely unacceptable! This ruined a day and a half of my vacation and put a big damper on the trip. I expect some compensation from either the hotel or Expedia as it is only right. If I don’t get some resolve I will not use either the hotel or Expedia again. This is my second review of the property and I have not heard anything from Expedia thus far. Briank@elementstrade.com
