Upon check in, the staff was extremely rude. The room was dirty. The location was advertised as near the gothic quarter and it is not. The thing we were most disappointed in was the actual room...as you open the door to the room you walk right into the bathroom. They don't disclose that in any of the pictures or online. We booked a junior suite and the bathroom is the entryway! Terrible all around.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional! The staff did an excellent job. Our junior suite was spacious with plenty of light and black-out window treatments for the night. The entire hotel staff did an amazing job, from check-in, concierge assistance, room service, etc., the staff was always there to provide the best assistance. The location is perfect, in a safe area and conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay at this hotel again, when we return to Barcelona.

Excellent choice for anyone traveling to Barcelona with family the roof top pool is both swank and enough for a dip. Walkable to the Sagrada and high end shopping only a block away

Amazing hotel with great location close to everything. Hotel cleanliness was amazing and staff and service was outstanding. Room was spacious and beautiful and area is perfect for families. Top notch property!!!
