The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff was helpful, the room was reasonably large for Europe, and quiet with comfortable beds. The Murphy bunk beds were fun for the kids and helped save space. The Catalonia brand hotels, at least the two I stayed at, are fairly similar, so you know what to expect if you've stayed at one before. It was a good value and it was close to the metro. My only complaint is that the breakfast was quite expensive and they didn't serve food after 11pm, which was a little bit of a disappointment after arriving late at night. We would definitely stay here again.

We travelled as a family with two children 4 and 7. Service was very good. Dinner to room was not the best. Pizza was not tasty, and the canaloni bolognese were frozen. But all together it was perfect and we will come again. The hotel is highly recommended.

Location perfect for a city break. Hotel clean, staff very friendly & very helpful. Definitely ideal with children. Rooms are nice maybe a bit on the small size but good none the less. No tea or coffee facilities in the room & breakfast can be found much cheaper with the variety of cafes outside. Cannot really class pool as a swimming pool. Very small, Would definitely recommend as a good hotel for a short stay.

Hotel is located relatively close to major attractions especially the l’eixample And modernista attractions. Local nightlife is a bit lackluster but was acceptable for a family trip. Hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable. The rooms are well kept but could have more comfortable beds. You will enjoy your stay!
