This is the second time to the hotel. Nice place next to a lovly Beach. Like the energy and entertainer around the pool. Many games for the family. Good food!

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Impressive property. Absolutely fabulous swimming pool. 1.55 meters deep, about 50 meters long and on the widest side about 15 meters wide. Also smaller pool for toddlers. Food is great. Airco in the room is the best we've ever experienced. Great location. You won't regret going here.

Great hotel for a spot of relaxation in the sun. Close to nearby cove beach. Hotel facilities were excellent and well managed. Complimentary Spa was great especially convenient for parents as they had 2 children slots per day so the whole family can join in.

A great hotel and perfect location for a family break. Good sized room with a sea view. We chose the half board option and were really pleased with the food options. Access to the beach is good and no more than a 10 minute walk. Due to COVID the hotel was at 40% capacity, so no problems getting a subbed by the pool. Staffing numbers have been reduced due to COVID demand and this lead to the service being a little slow at times, but all the staff were friendly and helpful. All COVID rules are applied and we felt secure during our staff. Definitely a place to return to with family for late autumn sun.

Good hotel, had an excellent view, all rooms overlooked the ocean/beach. The hotel was high up, but had an elevator that went down to the road, with an easy and quick walk over to the beach. Buffet had long and reasonable hours but the food was pretty bland, though tolerable and got the job done. Staff was very courtious and kind, including the reception, wait staff, and other workers I came in contact with. Rooms were very clean and the cleaning service did a fantastic job. The pool was very nice, but was closed at 1800 (though loosely enforced seemingly). Hotel was very family friendly, my 8 month old son enjoyed it. Never used the room service as €10 just for the delivery seemed a bit high and everything was a quick walk. Was a noisy location, especially with the noisy Hotel Mirador Atlantico across the way was extremely noisy until 11pm daily. Overall, it was a good experience, with just a couple complaints.

We were 2 adults and a 3 yrs old kid. Food was OK. Room view is amazing as the hotel is located on the side of a hill, with elevator to avoid hilly walking. Very limited kids activities, miniclub below average I have seen. We chose this hotel because of the view over the ocean, little wind in south Gran Canaria and nearby man made beach with white sand and clear waters. Will go back there.
