Overall a great stay with just a few minor gripes. The room, general facilities (particularly for young kids), food and location are great. However service could be a bit better; our air conditioning wasn't working on the first day, but looked like it was. It took quite a serious and blunt discussion with the staff to take me seriously and to move us rooms. Also minor things like them not being to provide irons or ironing boards to the rooms, but sending you to the laundry to do it. These are small changes that could help. Also the food timings are a bit off for UK families. Breakfast starting at 8am and dinner at 1930 is very late for young kids!
Overall we enjoyed our stay though.

Great hotel for families, lovely pool area for young kids with slides. Plenty of food choices, reception staff could be a bit more helpful. Overall great stay!
