The wonderful football field next to the resort! The staff were kind and attentive to our needs, and the food buffet was delicious. The kids club was amazing! My boys enjoyed going there every day to do crafts, play games, and play football. We had such a lovely experience!

Friendly staff, perfect amenities for young families & children, great location

What made this Hotel special was undoubtedly the friendliness of all the staff from reception to the cleaners, and if you have toddlers then they will be spoiled!, great location just off the start of the pinewalk that runs all along the bay, and huge choice of food in the dining hall, a great Hotel.

For a family holiday I cannot fault this place. The staff are wonderful, the food is wide ranging and delicious, the all inclusive is great value, the games and entertainment is spot on and the facilities are awesome. The kids particularly loved the water slides and the evening show.

Great pools for kids

We had a great stay in the hotel and our son loved every bit of his time there. The apartment was spacious and well-designed although we found that mattresses were hard and uncomfortable, but we understand that this can be quite subjective. One thing that we found really odd was that the security safe in the room was subject to extra fees which is simply unreasonable and first time I encountered this sort of policy. All staff members that we met were really nice and helpful and made us feel welcome - they definitely make this place great and we can't praise them enough to give them justice. The pool area is great for kids, however, the main pool is too small for the number of guests that the hotel can accommodate. Overall, it is a great place to enjoy holidays with kids when in Mallorca.

Really excellent accommodation and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We booked as a family but really it’s geared up for parents with young children. Breakfast was the only meal we had at the hotel and this was good. I’m sure the rest of the meals would have been fine as well.

This is a great hotel,suited for families or couples.Lovely location on bay of Puerto Pollensa in Majorca.Rooms are of a high standard as is the Spa.We went all inclusive.....food very good at all meal times.Drinks fine with good range of branded spirits.Have stayed here with our kids and grandchildren.Came as couple this time.Easy walk to Puerto Pollensa.

My wife and I decided to ditch the usual super-lux vacation break for one which was wholly centred on our nearly-2-year-old. And, Playa Mar delivered on many fronts: - The playground + pool playground were great and kept our son entertained for hours - The evening entertainment is generally good and the Animation team work really hard to ensure that the children are having fun - The all inclusive restaurant is good and there is a decent knowledge of allergies etc which particularly helped with our son Unfortunately, our son could not participate in kids club as there was a min. Age of 4 which I understand is pretty standard for this type of resort. The resort is otherwise limited for adults; although the spa facilities are very good. Would definitely recommend for parents who want to focus their vacation around their young children.

Fabulous hotel for a family with small children as we are. The entertainment team are incredibly enthusiastic and deliver every day on activities and mini disco in the evening. The food was of a really good standard each evening having different choice of food. One of the best things about the place was the pools which are geared up to little ones, as are the rooms with lots of little touches to make our stay fantastic.
